Shipping Policy

Items are normally shipped with 5 days of receipt of order. Orders are normally shipped via United Postal Service and actual delivery time will vary according to the zip code and could take 7 - 10 days to arrive from shipping date. Any back orders will be shipped immediately upon receipt by TeddyBearsAreForever.com

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional time. Holiday Seasons, large orders, special order items and out of stock items may take longer shipping time.

Return Policy

If you should be dissatisfied with any of our products, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund less shipping costs. If you find it necessary to return an item, please contact us for return instructions. Once you have received an authorization to return an item and it is received by TeddyBearsAreForever.com, a refund, minus any shipping and handling fees will be credited back to your credit card.

Damaged Goods Policy

If any item(s) are received damaged or the item is defective, we will replace them within the first week of receiving said item. Please contact us immediately upon discovering any defect and we will replace it.

Backorder Policy

Occasionally, an item may be back ordered and could take from 2 - 6 weeks to ship. We will contact you if an item is back ordered or if an item is no longer available.
